    EMASS is not the one. Regardless of how convenient they may seem with multiple locations they will make your already vulnerable situation even more stressful. Don't spend your money here go with another company When I paid my deposit and signed on they got my GPS confused with house arrest and I had to stay couped up at home until the situation got resolved. I started at the ******* location and transferred to the *************** after moving. The employee there is named ****** and I've had issues with her during every check-in visit. The first time she almost mistakenly violated me to the court, the second time she told me I was disgusting to my face because I was sweaty from work, and the third time she enforced a policy not even her supervisor or general manager knew of. This is not a mandatory policy and was the first use of this policy in the entire company since it was drafted almost a year ago, forcing me to check-in twice a week with a balance over a certain amount. This policy would force me to check in twice a week, the only problem is this office is only open once a week forcing me to go to a different office over 15 miles away twice a week vs the 2 minute walking distance from my house to the overland office once a week. I've filed a grievance but neither the supervisor or general manager of the company. I repeat do not spend your money here go with a different company

    ************ brought his concerns to our manager via email late Thursday but did not give her a reasonable amount of time to investigate his concerns before filing this complaint. Based on what he claims, the reason he was going to get a violation report is for failing to abide by the participant agreements he signed. Our procedures for monitoring are covered during the initial appt and our employee was adhering to the agreement that ************ acknowledged. We did change our policy while ************ was being monitored with us but it was to the advantage of our clients, including ************. The policy change gives clients an additional 10 days to pay before the Court is notified. This was done to ensure most clients would get at least two paychecks and plenty of opportunity to make a payment to bring them in compliance. This has been a welcome change for clients. ************ (or any client) was not required to report in twice a week and was not forced to go to a different office over 15 miles away. I can sympathize with ************** frustrations as being monitored and going through Court processes is stressful. However, it is our duty to ensure that clients are being monitored in the way the Court expects and often times that means getting clarification from the Court on what type of monitoring they ordered. This is done to protect the client and ensure we are doing what the Court ordered us to do. If ************ would like to use a different company, we are happy to help facilitate that change, however he has never indicated that he would like to do that. Our manager did reply to ************** concerns via email.
