Avoid ******* and JDR & Sons. He is reasonably priced and performs decent work, but is non-responsive and unreliable. Text message from ******* (owner) on Sep 23, 2020: "If you ever have any problems contact me and ill fix it ok." - ******* installed a screen door on Sep 23, 2020. I realized after ******* left that day that there was an issue with the door that required an easy fix. ******* said he would be by on Sep 24, 2020 never came. Said he would be by on Sep 27, 2020 never came. I texted him again on Sept 28 and Sept 30th never heard back from him. - We had an emergency leak on Apr 10, 2021. ******* confirmed on Apr 14th that he would start the repair work on Apr 20, 2021 never showed on Apr 20th, never responded to calls or texts on the 21st, 22nd, or 23rd. As mentioned, this was a leak in our roof. If ******* said from the beginning that he was unavailable, we wouldn't have wasted a week in trying to schedule someone else. - We texted ******* on Aug 25, 2021 to help repair a door k*** he installed in Jun 2020 never responded. - The screen door ******* installed on Sep 23, 2020 is now leaking. I won't be wasting my time trying to ask him to return.
