I had an agreement with him to pay 800 dollars for drain tile and to hook it to my downspout. He made a mess of my yard with pcv pipe and hook ups improperly installed and used old left over drain tiles from some other job and put them in my yard.  This is unacceptable.  When he arrived the first time it was late and I had to get a flashlight to see the work he had done.  I fell into a hole he had created in my yard.  He told me to pay him first and then he would come back out.  I was not going to fall for that so I told him I would pay him once he finished. After this conversation he never came back to finish or clean up the mess he made in my yard.  He finally told me he would just have to take a loss and that I should find someone else to do the job.  I want everyone to know the quality of his work and that he takes advantages of senior women.  If I were a man he would not have treated me this way.

i told ***** that i would do the job for 1300 but she complained that was to much, I left it as that but she kept calling telling me she needs it done, I finally broke it down and told her I need a machine to dig and one to backfill and she told me she would have someone back fill it if i can come and dig the drain pipe in and she would pay me 800. As I went out and dug it I had time to backfill with the machine I had. And got it covered. As I was raking it out she comes out yelling saying it look like shit and she ain't paying till it's perfect, as I reminded her nicely that the back filling wasn't apart of the agreement, she denied it and went off on other things that I was supposed to do that we never agreed on. she told me she is not going to pay till it was fixed. I told her I'll come back and fix it but it wont be till next week. she then called the next day yelling at me that i was taking advantage of her and she will not take shit from any man, i told her i am sorry but i am at work right now and can not talk about this right now. she kept going off and i told her sorry i have to go. i asked her if i can get half down before i come and finish and she said no. i tried to set up a time to go out to finish it, even tho that is not what we agreed to but she kept calling and going off on me and i told her just keep your money and have some one els do it. i have 100 in material in the job, about 60 in fuel and 5 hours of my time and i did not get a cent from her. for some one to come out and rake out alittle dirt would be 200. i was not going to take my chances and spend more money and time and not get paid so i took my losses.
