According to TIFL a car dealer is supposed to go over financing, Apr, and final costs before having the buyer sign all the paperwork so they are not trapped into a deal they know nothing about. Rolling Hills Auto Plaza finance never mentioned anything about these things. The manager admitted in an email to me that customers are told not to look at paperwork. 10,665 dollars turned into 30 thousand dollars over 72 months, which I did not agree to. There was no buyer Guide, which was just emailed to me with my signature on the back, never saw it. It was in the pile of paperwork when she was saying sign here, here, here... I kept waiting for the final documents to come out and be explained, she pulled them out of the printer, folded them and put them in an envelope, stating not to look at them, told me to enjoy my car.

I bought a 2022 ****** Corolla and the financial department has lied from day one. They pushed an extended warranty to push the loan higher. When I requested for it to be removed ($6,000) off the loan, they claimed to have lost the paperwork the first time. Of course, the paperwork was blank, and "*****" said he would fill in the information when he had time. I go in again to resign everything because they used my middle name instead of my last name on the paperwork, so it was all invalid. Again, I resign the extended warranty paperwork guaranteed it was sent in and it would show on my account within 10 business days. I had spoken to an attorney for legal advice, and they were forced to give me paperwork they didn't want to. I return home and check out the paperwork. Turns out they VIN number was the wrong number on each page, information that was necessary to process the refund was missing, and they didn't bother to put an account number so it could be credited to the right customer. I'm pretty sure they lost my title on my trade-in. I asked several times when I could sign it and not have to come back, but it was always locked in someone's office who wasn't available at the moment. I bought the car on September 10th, and it wasn't paid off until October 1st. I'm collecting the information to try and take care of the extended warranty myself and hoping ************ isn't going to be another problem since Rolling Hills has pulled so much unethical behavior. They were once a good dealership, but greed is more important.
