4/8/24 new roof w A1 I told ***** ********** gutters messed up, with bent down gutter, now faulty down spout new screws going into gutter and so bent that water just repels off the side. ( video available). He got back w me on 4/12. He said he looked at it and it was from previous gutter people. Find warrenty have them fix. On 4/15 I left a message w ***** that I was calling office w warranty information it was A1. And his signature and company. He didn't contact me back. On the 18th I called office to talk to a manager. I got a return call from Taren around 9:30 a.m. next day. Told him the gutter was pushed down from the roofers going up and down the ladder carrying shingles. ***** was to have his guys come be he himself tried to fix it. I asked ****** to please come look. He came by that day the 18th and said it looked like crap and that he'd have his gutter people come that afternoon. He would fix it at no charge and change around the end in which down spout is on. The 19th. No show. I waited until the 4/23 to txt him I told him I was still waiting on his gutter people. He said he'd txt him now. And said he assumed they already came. I called back on the 24th next day asking if he'd heard from his people, putting it out there theu showed again. He then said, they are doing a big job today, should be able to make it today, will be later on for sure. That was the last time which was the 24th I have contacted them as I feel I have done more than enough to get someone to fix their mistake as Teran said he would take care of it. Today is the 28th. It has stormed and rained so many of the days since the incident of 4/8. I am worried about all the gutter water making it's way down into our crawl space and into the furnace. outside our bedroom window is the location of the torrent of down pouring water. ALL VERY FRUSTRATING... Hope you can maybe help out. They owe me a gutter per *****.Customer response

Had them put a new roof on the house due to a storm, date of completion was 6-23 of 2017. With a written 10-year project warranty against any defects in workmanship or ordinary wear and tear and materials that they have not honored. The first leak occurred in the bathroom on June 24th of 2021 which damage drywall ceiling, the second leak occurred in living room on October 11th 2021, and now as of October 27th 2023 I have yet another leak over the back porch due to the roofing material separating I actually have pictures. I have attempted multiple times over the last couple years to reach out to this company to resolve the roof issues and damages to the interior of my house. They have ignored them and are not honoring their warranty or workmanship. At this point I'm not sure what to do, I am not a roofer and I need these problems repaired. We contacted our insurance company several times about this and they said it is due to poor workmanship, which is not covered by our insurance company. At this point our roof is very poor condition and needs repairs that were created by this company. We need your help we are not angry we just want a roof that does not leak. And for them to repair it and resolve the situation. Thank you for any help.
