Dealt with Todds 13 years. They were nice until I pointed out mistakes made by shop. Recently bought 2 new tires and rotated. After 287 miles there was a loud noise & had to pull off Hwy. Upon inspection all lug nuts were off the front drivers side & wheel resting on break hub. 100% sure the lug nuts had not been torque properly. Further inspection found another loose lug nut & able to turn with fingers on back drivers tire. Tow truck driver tighten all lug nuts & only drivers side were loose. This could have ended very badly had the tire come off completely while on ******* had my 2 grand babies in the car. We could have died! **** blamed my problem on ***** break hubs. If the ***** hubs were a safety hazard, why was I not told so that the problem could be fixed before new tires were put on car. **** also blamed that some one could have loosened the lug nuts to steal tires. We live out in the country where there are few drivers & the car next to house. **** did repair car without charge. This tells me it was poor workmanship by his shop. Im sure he didnt repair the car to be nice. **** stated that the towing fee was paid when I picked up car. Upon checking the **** had not been paid. I called to let **** know the towing had not been paid. That his when he got angry when I caught him in a lie. He claims his shop never makes mistakes. Several years back he argued over replacing a missing valve cover. We are all human & make mistakes. Just own up to the mistakes. My husband tried to apologize for losing his temper but was provoked by TJ. Will never go back. Recommend for others to get service someplace else.
