I bought a car from them about a year ago and signed a service contract that I had to pay $75 to have any covered issue fixed. I was having an issue with the car not running properly and took it to them to have it fixed, twice. The first time I had an issue, I took it to them to have have it checked out and paid to have the cat converter replaced. They scanned the check engine light and their scanner said it was a misfire with cylinder three and told me that since it was a different issue that I had to pay another 75 dollars to get it fixed. I did not get a diag for the first issue. When I made an appointment to get the second issue fixed (the check engine light was on and flashing and the car acting like it didn't want to drive), I set up an appointment to have it fixed. I took it to them on Saturday and dropped it off and had one of their people drive it and they saw for themselves that there was an issue. My appointment date is today May 20th. They call me today and all of a sudden its an issue that isn't covered. This has been a constant issue with this dealership. They said that the 75 dollars paid for the diag and the fix was covered. So when I asked them about the first issue that I paid to have it repaired, they said that if it ever becomes an issue that its already paid for. When I asked them for a refund for the first issue since they said that the 75 dollars was for a diag. I never received a diag for the first issue. So I paid for a service that was not provided. They are refusing to refund the money. They always have an excuse why they wont fix the problem but refuse to give me a refund for services not provided. I want a refund, the issue repaired, or a replacement vehicle for the lemon they sold me! I have had nothing but problems with this dealership for various issues. I have only been late on a payment once the entire time I have been a customer and have been a good customer but they insist on treating their customers horribly!

I wish I could give negative rating. I needed a car immediately. Took all my documents to them they needed. They offered me a car, we went through the financial crap then they told me "oh wait we don't have a title for that car". I ask if they were trying to sell me a car they had no legal right to sell. I just walked out, my car I drove there wouldn't start again, every time I put it in gear it died (this was a car I bought from them 3 years ago-it was paid off completely). April of 2024 I got a letter from the DMV wanting the buyer information on that car. I was not involved in the sale, they never contacted me about the car after I left it on their lot. They FORGED my name on the bill of sale & I evidently have no legal recourse to sue them, after speaking to 2 lawyers because I abandoned the car I was trading in. I talked to the police, they said to call the DMV I called the DMV & they said to call Car-Mart to get the information they needed. I called Car-Mart & they said the DMV had to contact them. I called the DMV back & the police & told them what Car-Mart told me. They are con artist!! Buyer be ware of this place.

If negative stars were possible it would be negative 100. Run, don't walk RUN!! I took a friend here to help her buy a car, Every fiber of my being said to walk away when they said no negotiation on price on a car listed $2k over blue book, but the 7 day exchange policy convinced my friend to go for it. The car broke down on day 3 but they towed it and fixed the water hose...kudos. Day 9 it broke down again with the same problem of overheating. This time they towed it without her consent, didn't fix it, didn't give her the opportunity to get it looked at by a mechanic. (It was sold as is no warranty so the fact that they didn't fix it isn't a problem. The fact that they towed it an hour away from where she lives without her consent, left her stranded and refuse to return a phone call is.) They said she could trade it but needed another $1000 down that she didn't have. Understandably angry she told them she wasn't paying for a lemon. I convinced her to try to talk to them to see what repairs might be needed but they absolutely refused to answer or return her calls. She tried multiple times, hell even I tried on her behalf. Tisha the manager would not take time to make or receive a phone call. I tried going in person. Tisha was an absolute hateful B... who would not even answer simple questions or be remotely respectful. My friends 1st payment isn't even due for another 9 days and this hateful batch of c...s have sent her a letter saying they are going to sell her car and she is somehow responsible for any balance that isn't covered in the sale! THEY STOLE HER CAR!!!! And plan to charge her for it! Unethical! Illegal! Absolutely detestable! RUN!!!! I have tried calling their corporate office but to no avail. I will spread the word as far and wide as I can to protect others from the same treatment.
