      I purchased a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport on May 3, 2023. The car had to be brought in from Grand Island NE. The salesman knew I chose this car because of the remote start. When he went to show me the car upon its arrival, the remote start was not with it. He explained it was still in Grand Island and would be sent to me. I have contacted him several times and still have not received the second key and remote start as promised.

      March 19 I put 1,000 down on a 2019 truck with less then 30,000 miles that was suppose to be in good working order ended up financing 36,219.00 dollars after my down payment. Three days later the truck started having problems I took it in to them at the end of the week they kept telling me nothing was wrong with it I ended up having it taken to another shop who verified it had major issues that aren't covered with a factory warranty including standing water under the carpet, burns from some kind of fire in the driver side foot well. Rear differential was bad. It started shaking really bad at idle and the intake manifold was cracked I missed several days of work dealing with kia and these issues and they told me tough luck until I went to another one of their car lots who helped me get someone at kia to help me out after more then a week of back and forth with them they finally said to come in an trade for a different truck and they would take care of me I go in miss another day of work and their solution is to have me trade in for another truck that costed 36G which is 2 grand more then my truck same miles and roll over 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS in negative equity for it because now mine is only worth 27g I said no way The other dealer got them to unwind my loan and get me the other truck well now my credit has dropped so much they offered me 8%+ apr and I can't afford to get a new loan at 650 a month and when I call my financial company they know nothing about my loan being unwinded an the account is still open with the full balance being owed by me this is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to and now my entire financial future is on the line for a non running truck that ive only actually drove for about 10 days been in shops and getting looked at the other now 9 days since I tried to have them do something about it They show no remorse and do not care about the public in the town they are selling cars to your better off buying a car on ******** market place

      We sold him a different vehicle the day he submitted this complaint. The issue was resolved that day.
