I am writing to file a formal complaint against Atmosphere Air Care. I engaged their services to remove dead birds and other debris from my dryer pipes. While the technician completed the job, the billing process and subsequent interactions have been highly unprofessional and misleading.Upon completion of the service, the technician informed me that he would send an invoice via text and email. However, I never received the invoice. Despite this, the technician insisted that I needed to pay immediately over the phone before receiving the invoice. Reluctantly, I provided my **************** card information, and the payment was processed.The technician initially quoted me a total of $580, but my card was charged $730. When I contacted the technician for clarification, he claimed that the extra $150 was for removing the dryer from its location and insisted that he had informed me of this additional charge, which he did not. He also stated that this charge would be included in the detailed invoice, which I still have not received.I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting a supervisor for nearly two weeks. The supervisor, ****, claimed to have called me, but never left a voicemail or text message identifying himself or the reason for his call. When I questioned him about this, he stated that leaving voicemails and text messages was not his style. Eventually, **** informed me that the technician claimed I had given him a $150 tip, which is completely untrue.**** then stated that the only way to rectify the situation and refund the $150 was to reverse the service performed, which is an absurd proposition. This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and has left me feeling scammed. I seek a full refund of the $150 overcharge and a proper, detailed invoice for the services rendered. Additionally, I urge the BBB to investigate Atmosphere Air Cares business practices to prevent other consumers from experiencing similar issues.
