Disappointed to say that my experience with this company was disorganization and no-showing scheduled appointments. I called a couple hours prior to my scheduled time and the staff couldnt tell me the time I was on the schedule despite asking more than twice, instead the staff kept directing me that Id receive a call that never came. I waited 40 minutes post my scheduled time only to see no one arrive. All this would suggest poor management and even worse communication. Disappointing to say the least. Id suggest looking into competitors.

We had an alergy problems for months ,so a friend recommended me to call Atmosphere Air Care, they came over to my house the same day and showed me a video and pics of my dirty vents system. They did an amazing job cleaning and senitizing my Air duct system, Very proffesional and knowledgeable. They even took the time to explain me how to maintain my airduct system clean and efficient. Highly recommended!! Thank you so much guys for making us breath better and with No more allergies!!

I had very good experience with Atmosphere Air Care cleaning the air ducts, they were smooth and fair, showed up on time and left everything neat behind.

This was a horrible experience. I found Atmosphere Air Care through the app *********. I have had prior great experiences and trusted this would be the same. Initially the response time was good. I explained my fireplace issues in detail and they sent someone out. All this person did was shine a cellphone flashlight around, tell me the structure looks good and charged me $99. I reached out upset because I new it needed to be repaired because the fireplace wasn't working. Sent out another guy who at first was very nice and helpful. He was 99% sure it was the burner. Replaced it but that wasn't it. Then said it was a sensor. He told me the sensor arrived and scheduled an appt. Never showed up or called. I reached out to the company and got a call. He said he was so sick he couldn't reach the phone. I asked for better communication and it was my understanding he would call to schedule for the next weekend. Almost 2 weeks went by and never hear from him. I reached out again to the company and the tech called. After a heated exchange and multiple excuses (still sick and the part now isn't coming in for a few days when before it was already in) I requested a refund. The only good thing I got out of this was my money back. It's been two months since I first reached out and now I have to wait until December to get another company to look at my fireplace. Oh, also just got a text saying "we are all Ppl, life happens" from the tech. Very unprofessional.

Great service, as usual! This company is really one of the best when it comes to air duct cleaning because they managed to do it in a very quick manner. These guys are truly effective and dependable because they have the perfect tools and the best service that you can really depend on. Everything was smoothly done! Great job, guys! See you!

Big bait and switch. Offered one price then quickly price gouged and ran up a big bill. I personally had a very shady meeting with them. I'd call another company. $180 to caulk 3 tiny cracks and the caulk was an $8 tube.....The cracks total links were less than a foot. Shame on this company..

My family had this business out to do a chimney sweeping after we discovered that our chimney was in danger of harming our family, not letting fumes out of our home that are dangerous to health. We had smelled a weird smell in the house and called a plumber to investigate. The plumber alerted us that there were possibly carbon monoxide gases venting back into our home from the chimney because the water heater's exhaust connected through to the chimney. We called Atmosphere Air Care to come out and service our home.The business sent a technician who claimed to have cleaned the chimney out completely. He claimed that his brush was crushing up the items inside the chimney and although could not show me any of the crushed material, he was adamant that the chimney was now cleaned and that my family was safe from the fumes that were previously venting into the home. He went into deep detail about how dangerous a plugged chimney is for both a fire hazard and for carbon monoxide poisoning so I was convinced he had completed the job.About a month goes by and we start smelling the same weird smell we initially smelled. This time we were scared so we called Ameren out to investigate. Ameren claimed to have found a gas leak at the exhaust of the water heater, claiming that it might not be venting properly. We called another plumber out to investigate. They could not find any other gas leaks but were able to confirm that the exhaust was not venting properly. This made the plumber decide to try to deduce if there was a problem with our chimney. The plumber was able to peer into the chimney and take a photo to show that the chimney was completely stuffed with debris. We decided to call out a new chimney sweeping service to do a double check on the chimney. They were astounded when cleaning the chimney, finding what they deduced as multiple years of debris almost completely clogging the chimney. They were completely convinced that the chimney had not been cleaned in the last year and were shocked when I told them I had a service out just a month before to clean the chimney. Not only was my family put in danger of a potential fire or natural gas/carbon monoxide poisoning, but we were led to believe that it was completely fixed. Had the second plumber not identified the chimney exhaust venting as an issue, my family could have fallen ill to serious injury or sickness.Not only would I not recommend this business to anyone looking for a chimney sweeping, I find the thought of this business "helping" another family in the manner they did mine a completely terrifying idea. I would give them a negative rating if the option existed.
