The employees and owners of this company are extremely rude and difficult to work with. I am not one to often leave reviews but the behavior of this company has inspired me to leave an honest review. As a dealer utilizing this antique mall we tried on multiple accounts to contact the company to cancel our lease but never was contacted back. They in turn discarded all of our items for sale and would not take a phone call to discuss this matter. I urge all vendors to think twice before choosing to lease a booth from this company. I would also encourage patrons to shop elsewhere, this is not a company deserving of your business.Business response

I’ve included photos of our rental agreement, general rules & a receipt of the last time ***** paid rent.
We follow the rules of our agreement & expect our dealers to do the same

I am rejecting this response because:My employee attempted to call *** *** ******* ******* to discuss closing our lease, and nobody bothered to call her back. This was a while ago. Had someone called her back or responded to her, we would not have been in default on payment, as our booth would have been closed already. In addition, I find it sincerely inconsiderate to not bother calling my company to alert us that you were planning to evict us from your space and discard of all of our belongings (worth approximately $5,000).
I own a respectful, high-end interior design business in St Louis, and I will absolutely never send clients to your business after this treatment. At the end of the day, we simply hoped for more courtesy and general human respect.
