    I booked a stay through booking.com at a stay at Trendy 3 bedroom ********************* which is Owed and operated by this company through Namastay Homes for **** 10-13,2022. Upon my arrival to the home I found several things wrong with the home and attempted to contact customer service for the issues. Their 888 number was not answered after several attempts. I co tact book.com which also tried to assist me. After finally getting through and speaking to their agent I informed them of the issues with the house. Knee high grass, no patio furniture on porch as in pictures and most importantly no working smoke detectors throughout the house. The representative told me to stay in the house and they would have someone fix the smoke detectors before my stay ended. I explained it is unsafe as well as against the law. I was told no one could fix the issue that night and to just stay. I told them I would need another play to stay. They said they had no openings and that they couldnt help me. I ended up having to rent 2 hotel rooms at $253.52 each for the night as well another place to stay for the rest of my vacation. I have had no luck talking to a supervisor even though I have left several voicemails and emails. I would like to be refunded $507.04 for the hotel stay and $350. For the additional cost for the new place for my family to stay. I would also like prof that the smoke detectors have been fixed for the next families safety
