I have spotted mold in my apartment and I told the landlord about it. I got a home tester and just by putting it close to the area it tested positive. I showed the landlord and they denied it being mold. They sent maintenance and they also said there&#**;s no mold but I&#**;ve done the test that proves there is mold. I cannot stay in an establishment that doesn&#**;t care about the safety of it&#**;s tenants.

These are pictures of the mold in my apartment. They inspected my apartment after complain about the problem and said it was none but the two mold test says that it is clearly. They rather say there is none, when there is and put my pregnant wife at risk of these toxins.i want to release from this lease and receive all money back.

The resident reported water damage in the bathroom and mildew around the bedroom window and the patio doors in April 2023. Both items were addressed at that time. The old caulk was removed, tile was cleaned and new caulk and grout was applied. The mildew around the window and door was due to condensation and was cleaned up by our maintenance staff when it was reported.
There was a ceiling leak in the bathroom in Dec 2023, which was fixed immediately. The tub was again re-caulked at the residents request and the ceiling was repaired, once the leak was fixed and everything was dry.
When the property manager and the maintenance supervisor thoroughly inspected the unit on 4-11-24, there was no sign of mold or mildew anywhere in the unit. All work orders were promptly addressed.

The Vinyards are giving false information .these pictures mold kit and mold spores on my shirt. They did not address the mold issue because this sample was done right after the property manager and maintenance enter my house. You can clearly see theres mold in the sample on April 12. They did not fix the crack shower nor get rid the ants!

The picture taken is April 26 of a cracked wall that the mold spores are coming out of, that was reported on April 6 but never been fixed. These mold spores are toxic to my pregnant wife and me. The lack of care shows no regard for me, my wife or unborn child. These pictures show proof of the negligence of providing a safe residence

I live alone and I was told that I could not have two dogs at my apartment even though one of dogs would only be at my apartment two to three days a week. I told the apartment manager that I would pay everything for this dog. They flat out said "NO". I brought up their attention neighbors with more than one dog and they did not want to address that issue, but they are completely focused on be with two dogs one of which will be with me for part time. The other issue that I am having is for Maintenance to fix the nails coming through the bottom and the sides of the patio floor and also the railing is Wobbly. I would like for the business to enforce the one dog per apartment not just for me but for the whole apartment complex, and the repairs addressed.

We received a complaint on **** regarding him having two dogs. One of the dogs he does not keep on a leash while walking and the dog attacked another dog on property. Our policy is one animal per apartment.  We will not discuss other residents situations with ****.  We do not have any record of an issue with the deck prior to this complaint. Maintenance will make the necessary repairs to his deck.
