      This place is a total joke!!!! You can't get anyone to answer the phone, return calls or respond to text. They can text you to tell you 30 minutes AFTER they were suppose to arrive (after taking off work early to make sure I was home during their arrival window ) that they are sick and not coming but when you respond, nothing. Takes forever to get an appointment which I only got by Whirlpool making it, then they don't show. Shame on Whirlpool for using this ***************! Now I am waiting another 2 weeks for them to supposedly come back. Meanwhile, I have been without a dryer for 3 weeks. This company SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give it ZERO stars!

      They have been to my house ten times to fix my whirlpool refrigerator. I epic protection plan it is a five year extended warranty. They were suppose to come between 7am and 10am. I called them and they stated that they are not going to come anymore. They are not good at all. You would be wasting your time.

      0 stars absolutely horrible wait on phone only to be disconnected at #2 in cue multiple times have lost 4 days work waiting on these people just pathetic manufacturer places blame on them they place blame on manufacturer dishwasher only 2 months old if short staffed close business quit wasting people's time.

      My dryer quit heating so it needed a new heating element coil and it took a month and a half and four visits for them to replace it and it is still not working. The tech also replaced some thing that did not need replaced that we also paid for and that is making a lot of noise since then-

      Have been hear twice never even looking at what was wrong or seeing what was needed to fix. Ordered part first visit. Second visit did not have all parts needed. Ordered additional parts. Have to schedule 3rd visit. It has been 2 months since this started and the refrigerator is less than 8 months old.

      Make sure you ask the price of repair before you book an appointment. According to Whirlpool, it takes a technician to change a LED light in our refrigerator. Not true. It can be done by the homeowner vey easily and cost $65.00. The Diamond Service tech came out, standing in my Kitchen with the LED light module in his hand. He says," $110.00 for parts,$85.00 for labor, $175.00 for diagnosis. Diagnosis ? The light is out. Total bill $386.33. To change a LED light module in 10 minutes. Buyer be ware.

      They refused to come back out and service my Whirlpool washer which is under warranty. They send out two techs who both said it was the same issue which it is not. My washer is still making the same noise. They are very rude on the phone. There customer service is awful.

      It took 3 weeks to get an appt to fix our 8 month old fridge and they came out didnt pull fridge out or look at anything else just said its the thermostat. It still doesnt work and they want us to wait 3 more weeks for them to come fix what they didnt do. Very unacceptable. Your work was not done right you should fix it.

      Beware of Diamond Factory Service. They are incompetent. I bought a new Whirlpool refrigerator. The freezer did not work and the refrigerator did not cool sufficiently. Diamond Factory Service was difficult to deal with by telephone as I waited multiple times in their telephone queue only to be disconnected after 20 minutes on hold. During the holding period, there were periodic electronic responses telling me my position in the queue. Then, there would be an electronic response informing me that they could not take my call at this time and to call back later. Them my all was terminated. When their service technician finally showed up after a wait of over 2 weeks, he was unable to repair the unit. I finally went back to **** *** where I purchased the refrigerator and they graciously agreed to replace the lemon. Beware of Whirlpool and its factory-authorized service company, Diamond Factory Service.
