I ordered a canvas print and a couple of other paintings from nikkeycreative.com. The canvas never came. I was in touch with the owner via email. They assured me that they made a mistake and they would send me the money I paid for the missing canvas. I have made several attempts ************ the canvas I paid for or my money back. I have not received a refund or the canvas I paid for.Initial Complaint

On March 20th and 27th 2021 I placed an order for leather bags from this business during an advertised sale and sent $77.25 x 2 = $154.50 On May 4th 2021 I ordered and paid for a framed 16x20 piece and sent $135.00. I sent e mails to nikkeycreative on May 4th and 5th requesting an update in reference to the orders from March. June 17th I again requested an update to which nikkeycreative responded "I m currently recovering from Covid and made a note to look into the orders once I return to work next week." that was my last correspondence with nikkeycreative. I then sent correspondence via her wife where I took screen shots of the e mails and asked her wife to facilitate me receiving a refund for the merchandise I had paid for. Her wife indicated she will forward the messages and I have not heard from nikkeycreative as of today.Initial Complaint

On Jan 25th, I placed a commission deposit with Nikkey Creative aka ******* ******. I sent her a photo and we chatted about the 20x24 and I paid her $162.00. I have the receipt. On Mar 26, I asked for a status. She apologized for the delay and thanked me for being patient. She promised to send a progress video which was never sent. I wrote her again on May 11th. Four days later, she apologized again and promised a progress video within a week. I wrote her again on June 1st and June 12th. She responded on June 12th with an apology and a sketch of her attempt to begin my commission order. She even included her journal to show how many commissions orders she was working on. I wrote her again on Aug 21, Sept 21, Sept 26, Oct 2, Oct 19th and November 11th. She has not replied to any of my requests left through messenger, IG, or through her email. I am simply frustrated and disappointed that loyal followers are mistreated and seemingly robbed of their hard earned money.Initial Complaint

last year I purchased 5 items totaling $409. I received the tracking number which was to include 3 prints. I initially received 2 of the 3 prints. After reaching out, I received no reply but the 3rd item ended up on my door step after a week or so. I am still waiting on the last 2 items totaling $310. I thought this was a reputable business. At this point I would just like my money back. This is ridiculous.Business response

Hello,
The customer is requesting a refund for a few of her items that she hasn't received. The customer has received half of her order. Please see attached screenshot. I am able to issue her a full refund once she mails back the items that she has received. She is contacting my supporters on my social media trying to tarnish my name, She is even harassing my wife. This order was over a year go and I would be more than happy to resolve the issue. This customer is going out of her way to create fake profiles to harass my family and supporters. She's trying her best to affect my livelihood. I have over 300+ reviews of happy customers on my Instagram. I WILL BE HAPPY TO ISSUE A REFUND ONCE I RECEIVE MY ITEMS BACK. I wish to NEVER has a customer like her again. If the harassment continues I will be forced to contact the authorities.******* ***** *** **** **
