My car was hit on the 31st of December and took my car to this shop right after that. I bought a whole front end kit I bought the fender, the kit, and everything needed to get the job done. I paid for paint and all the parts needed for him to fix my car. I was only paying for his labor. I paid him over **** dollars and I have receipts for all of the items I purchased. 2 days ago I picked up my car and the only thing he put in were lights and a fender. He did none of the paint job I requested and the car drives exactly the same as it did when I brought it to him. I bought brakes for the car and when I received it back there were only 3 rotors on it. I do not know where any of the items I purchased are at, but they are not on my car. I have been trying to get this resolved but he refuses. I have children and health issues and this is not helping. On top of all this I now have to find transportation since my car is still not fixed. of the paint is there and the car drives none of the fender kit is on I bought brakes 2 He put 3 rotors and left one off he took my whole kit and I do not know where my kit is I have proof that none of this is on my car Only the fender has been replaced I have proof of every purchase I made. He also could never provide receipts or anything else needed to show he worked on the car. I trusted him to fix my car as he said he would and he failed horribly.Initial Complaint

He has had my car for almost fours years coming up in June of this year. I have **** Monte ***** SS. I have paid him $2500.00 to repair the body work, Paint, decals and trimming. Also, while my he had my car he has left the windows done. It has rained in my car, I have had my radio stolen out of my car, and two of my tires are on flat. I am not sure if the brand new battery is still in my car that I purchased. I have been in contact with him and he gives me excuse after excuse of when the car will be done. I would by the business and my car is still in the same spot. I would my car completed and and half of my money back.Initial Complaint

On or about November 11, 2022 ************************* said owner of Excellence Auto Body, visited my home to give me an estimate to repair some damage to my 2017 ******** ***** We initially agreed on a price of $3500.00, however after he towed my vehicle to his facility he advised that the job would be $4500.00 that a down payment of half would be needed to start the work. On November 23 he was in receipt of $2500.00 and advised that he would begin the work. On 12/21/2023 he was in receipt of $4500. On 02/25/2023, I visited the shop to discover no work had been done to my vehicle, and he could not produce one receipt to show that he had purchased any parts, he was adamant that all of the receipts were in his phone which he was holding in his hand and he had all of the parts necessary to fix my vehicle but they were stored at his other location. I asked him at that time for the keys to my vehicle so that I could have it towed somewhere else for repair that I expected a full refund minus any parts he purchased. He finally admitted that he had not purchased any parts and would begin to repay me in full starting March 5, 2023 and would keep me posted on the remaining balance. He has sent multiple text messages promising to pay me and to date I have not received anything from him, not even an explanation on what he spent my $4500 on. This has been a horrible experience and I have spent close to $10,000 in repairs, Ubers (he is in receipts of my receipts for those as well) Lyfts, grocery deliveries, missing family functions, holiday celebrations and more. It has begun to take a mental and financial toll on me and would like a full refund of my $4500. I have all supporting documentation if requiredInitial Complaint

They had my car for 2 months I paid for all my parts up front I put half down 1 month went by the owner asked did I have the rest I paid in full my car sit for 3 more weeks my bumper is hanging and they painted my car with the wrong color paint he then began to say it’s nothing else he could do about it after taking the job and my moneyBusiness response
