            I had my truck towed to John Zeisler Automotive on August 22, 2021 to have a water pump put on it. On August 24, 2021 he started to work on it. He called me that day to give me a price. On the next day the 25th he called me to tell me about another parted need that was an exhaust manifold. I told him would a diagnostic show this all? He said, "I'm trying to help you hun and get your truck running." All the time from the first time he touched my truck was telling me it was making a loud whining noise and I told him it wasn't making any noise. I have many people that can tell you it wasn't making any noise. My truck is at a car dealer and I got a call about it saying parts are missing and lots more is wrong with my truck that was not wrong with it. John has messed my truck up and I need him to pay for the damage! He has done to my truck. Please help me get my funds back for the repair of my truck! I have lots more but this is the main issues of the damage John did to my truck.
