1 star is too many for this disrespectful "man" I've taken my car to be fixed so many times and my car is still not fixed I expressed my concern with *** and he yelled at me and told me to take it elsewhere smh I would advise everyone to go somewhere PROFESSIONAL AND WILL FIX YOUR CAR RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!! I am now screwed out of $500+ and my car still not properly fixed. *** has ruined my life the last few weeks by being unprofessional and careless with my transportation. 0/10 would not recommend this place

The consumer brought her vehicle in for diagnostic, we determined that she needed 6 coils and spark plugs replaced, the consumer stated she didn't have the money to do all 6, so we worked with her and replaced the one that was bad, explaining due to the age of the others they could go out at any time, we could only give a 1 year warranty on the items we replaced, she returned later to say the car was not running and we replaced another coil. She later called and yelled at us for not fixing the car right, which I told her that due to the age of the car we could not guarantee that other parts would not go out. Acting in good faith I did agree to look at the car for free, and explained again we could only do free work on the items we had recently replaced. We determined that another coil was needing replaced and she would have to pay for that repair, we quoted her a price and told her she could bring it in on the following day for the repair. we never heard back from the consumer.Customer response
