1/21/23, 1/26/23, and 1/27/23 Did you get it figured out / guys ready to roll at ten Got to get payment in order to get anything at store You should have payment! I got it now?? On the way to Depo will be there closer to 1030 letting it warm up some in handling that siding so it’s not to brittle My guy rich should be there any min This was the amount of bid , and what i paid you last night , minus 305.00 for supplies Contract has a flat fee of 1300. 00 dollars with a retainer/downpayment of 895.00 Signed contract O over paid you 435.00 dollars. You received two zell payments , 945.00 (down payment) CONTRACT says Downpayment of 895.00 Total payment on contract was 1300. 00 dollars, you got two payments from zelle of 945.00 plus 785.00 equals 1730.00 Minus what is on signed contract of 1300.00 You owe me 430.00 dollars Please submit overpayment by Zelle to me of 430.00 dollars! When are you going to pay me? I only received 945 plus 785 I didn’t get that payment last night Check again Chase Bank said it was delivered! It didn’t till today And 785 is what i paid you last night Ok you were still over payed, read contract and please pay me 430.00 dollars It didn’t come thru till today I just paid my guy Why acknowledge this contract that you text me if you’re not going to abide by it you know that it was discussed and I resent it according to your orders why you didn’t sign it wether it be intentional or unintentional you acknowledged it That's why you paid the 945 not 895 as agreed because it was in plain sight to you the whole until you saw You didn't sign it but if you wanna deal like that I'll sent you're 125 back since you didn't sign it but we'll sever our business ties after that /nothing personal just business you tell me yes or no I overpaid you 430.00! Thats the bot*** line. You cant tell me about not honoring a verbal commitment for a outlet that you say cost 125.00 ! And that was not used! And then say its in the contract, 125.00 to troubleshoot (electrician flips switch in circut breaker) So What happen to the 125.00 outlet for the laundry that i paid for with supplies?? Keep it! I will chalk all this up to game and notify the bbb as you suggested! Don't worry i will not be contacting you again!!$

      Business response

I sent him his first contract and he added new services to it. I resent him the new contract. We hadn't even done the work yet. I went over there Thursday to look at some things at the home. He was supposed to pay a down payment but he didn't know how to use Zelle so he said he was going to contact the bank and figure it out. He looked at the new contract and asked why it wasn't $1300 and it was $1425. I told him the price increase was for the extra outlet. He said okay. I helped him open the contract on his phone. We did all the work for the $1425, which he agreed to and paid me for.  Once we finished the work, he started complaining that he feels he should only have to pay the $1300. The extra charges were for the outlet and we did that work.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

Business owner of Intergrated Concepts *** has left out important details and his statements are not completely factual.
1st contract that i reviewed was missing "repair outlet in the laundry room" , and was also missing agreed amount of discount price for paying "1300.00 cash". So a second call ntract was sent to me with a correction of 1300.00, but was still missing the correction of "repair outlet in laundry room ". I signed contract for 1300.00.

When Intergrated concepts sends emails with attachments he sends them NOT UNDER COMPANIES NAME! Emails are sent under email of "One Vailant", so that is why i could not find contract when i sent payments.

He does not follow instructions and is argumentative at my residents. When he comes ame out to my residence to look at what i want ed don't ne so thT he could give me a price, he also brought an electrician . I said the light in my garage is turns on the same time as the light that is outside the garage! I want to turn on the garage light inside, without the outside garage light turning on! The electrician recommended putting a pull cord in n the inside garage light to fix the problem.

When work was completed and pull cord didn't fix what i was pYing for . *** said i was not clear on what I wanted done and paid for!
So i just paid him to avoid another verbal altercation!

I have text messages and copies to support my complaints and I overpaid him 430.00 and want my money reimbursed!  I was not going to get in the weeds but if this Company wants to continue t do business at the BBB, they need to be fourth coming and not verbally combative at my home, deceitful and not blame the homeowner when their directoon are not followed, AND HONOR A SIGN CONTRACT"  BECAUSE IT IS CLEAR THAT INTERGRATED CONCEPTS/*** presented a bid that was NOT SIGNED WHEN CUSTOMER ASK HOW MUCH DO I OWE YOU!!

      Sincerely,

      ******* ******
