The business did not honor their scheduling policy. I was designated the time slot of 8am however, upon reaching the business I'm held waiting for 2+ hours when my time is for 8am. This has happened on more than one occasion with today 04/23/2022 being the third even going as far as texting the day before if my time slot was still available to which the reply was "Yes". This has happened on 03/13/2022 and another instance in January. The business also gave no form of extra compensation for their delay other then an apology yet it doesn't mean much since this keeps occurring. Due to these time delays other customers are affected as their times are not exact to what was promised by the business.Business response

At Milo Hair Braiding we pride our self’s in punctuality and customer service. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We are a service based small business that relies on our employees to show up to work and service the customers. Sometimes, especially with the Covid pandemic our employees have called in sick last minute which is out of our control. Furthermore, at Milo hair braiding our customers aren’t obligated to stay and wait if our estimated wait times go over. We try our best to let them know when we will get to them next. We have no recollection of the customer in question (no customer was waiting on 04/23/2022, no text was received the day before from her phone number) but compensation will not be possible for anyone that waited past their estimated wait time to get serviced. We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause anybody.
