I am from ******** and my sister passed and I shipped her body back to **************. While I was speaking to someone of the funeral home I mentioned I had not heard from this H31353133**3033383631H. I make it into ************** and we had the funeral on Tuesday (5/14/24) and someone approaches us and states they are going to take the casket into an enclosed space as it was raining. I asked where my sister would be buried and how I would know how to find her. I went back days later and no one was around and they won**;t pick up or return calls. I will be heading back to ******** and still don**;t know where my sister is. I finally spoke to the secretary and she stated the owner would call me at some point which is not acceptable. I received no paperwork, no map where my sister will be buried, no receipt of the money I paid. The H31353133**3033383631H asked me for my email address and said they**;d email me a map.Business response

Good Morning!
We emailed a receipt showing the funeral home paid for the burial in full as well as the location of their loved one on May 17, 2024.

My father is berried at this cemetery, I have searched and searched, but can not find him. I have made many attempts to reach the office for clarification on where his is, the office personnel never answers the phone, I just get a very vague text message from a different number I do not recognize. I have a map that shows his location but there is no marker and the people on the sides of where they show him does not match what is on the map. The markers are all over the place and the grass is never cut, so it is hard to find or read the markers.
