            Two weeks ago I visited my loved ones grave and couldn’t find him. I looked high and low but had to resort to remembering those who surrounded him. Come to find out, his tombstone had been passed over for months. Which, led to dirt and very high grass to cover him. I had to dig with my bare hands to uncover what was once there. The next day I called to put in a request to have it cleaned; the lady said they would get it taken care of and call me once it’s up to par. Today I realized they haven’t called me back and so I called them wanting an update. I learned that they haven’t touched the site since the last time we’ve talked. It’s very heartbreaking as my loved ones birthday is coming up and I want it to be presentable when family arrives to celebrate him. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m a burden … no one else should feel that way either. But reading reviews and feedback I see that I am not alone sadly. Please help to get this issue taken care of. Our family would very much appreciate it .

            I wouldn't even give this business a star my mother has been buried there for a year and a half and the area she is in is disgusting its stinks, its nasty green water everywhere. try to get to the grave you have nasty slimy green water all over you, i done fell in the nasty water and broke my skin out. I have complained and complained numerous nothing was done. They don't keep the area maintenance it is devastating enough to lose a parent but to not be able to see or visit them because of there resting area, is beyond me. And they refuses to move her states that it is too much off a inconvenience to them and it would cost me ****** to move my mother. This is ridiculous.

            We understand that this is a on going problem in section 4. In the beginning of the summer of 2022 we began to work in that area because of ground water coming up through the grass. This interned caused the grass and the area to become saturated with water becoming too wet to run the mower through. In the summer we purchased drainage conduit and dug a trench in the area to where we are having the problem. In hopes that we could redirect the water and take care of the problem. Since then we have noticed that it was catching some of the water but not all of it. We are currently working on the area and we think we have a solution to the problem. If you come out to the grave site you will see that there is a trench is dug and the area is now drying up. We need a little bit of time to see if this completely takes care of the water run off.

            This is not through the problem been an ongoing problem from 2021 April and nothing has change i just visited my mother on October 2 no progress there is still nasty water every where and geeses everywhere and p*** all over from all the geese that's around the area its till nasty and disgusting its been two years there is no improving i want my mother moved
