On 12/18/23 I received my order for three 8 oz containers of loose leaf tea (Chocolate Covered Strawberry). Each package holds just a bit over 3 ounces each. The three packages of tea total 9.5 oz. I have contacted them through email, phone and chat without any response.Business response

Customer reached out to the company and advised that her order was incorrect. Customer was advised that there was an error made by the company due to order being processed by a new employee. The new employee misunderstood the amount of product that was supposed to be shipped. Customer was advised per the attached screenshot and was advised that a new shipping label would be created and the remaining part of her order would be shipped. Company apologized about the incident and is shipping out the correct order.
