I had started an attempt to receive my Coffee Qualification. After our 1st meeting, due to me being sick and such, it was delayed. But since November 21st, I haven't received an update since.Business response

First Cracks policy is to respond to all correspondence by the end of the next business day. We execute this religiously. We have great relationships with our customers because of this and the content we deliver.
In Weijuns case we dropped the ball. Weijuns teacher left First Crack on 12/8 and ******* last communication with him from 12/10 went unanswered. We recognize the dissatisfaction and frustration this caused ******.
I am the teacher now responsible for ******'s course and reached out to him today, January 4. In order for us to deliver the remainder of the course, ****** simply needs to respond to my email to schedule a time. I have provided my availability through the end of the month; should a time not suffice, we can look further into the ******************* is our hope that ****** will accept this and schedule a time to finish his course. We look forward to working with *************
