This school takes advantages of veterans, They have over 3000.00 hold on my account. They dismissed me financial/academic from the school before fall quarter, BUT first financial aid discrepencacy says I have a balance from summer and fall 1. I informed them I never even started fall 1, after receiving an email saying I was dismissed/aid no longer eligible. Then the bursar office confirms what I thought, which was I was charged for two courses registered in the fall. In a normal school, when someone is dismissed for aid/academics, they unregister your courses and that is that. Not this school, they decided to take advantage, and leave the courses registered, send me "mistake" emails citing system errors in me showing as enrolled, then NOT enrolled. And even after all of that, still charge me for an entire semester I was not enrolled/dismissed per their financial aid department. We are not even going to get into the customer service of them and how they handle money you must pay back with such lackadaisical demeanor. I am unable to get my transcripts due to their negligence, which is really all I want , my transcript. Please also see the attached email screenshots showing/supporting what I have stated. They made an error, they should correct and zero out my balance.Business response

According to document records, the University confirmed on Nov. 4 with the complaintee that the loans were reversed and were taken care of in a timely manner. The complaintee was sent documentation on Nov. 16 confirming the reversal of the loans. The complaintee has no claim. If the complaintee is still seeing loans on their credit report, they need to contact the loan servicing agency - the U.S. ***** of *********** as they are the ones causing the amount to show up on their credit report.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because the company took such a long time to respond. I was able to resolve the matter on my own.
Sincerely,
