  3/7/22 signed the contracted and paid $4500 to unclog the french drains and seal our driverway. He did touch every part. But the drains are still clogged and driveway are patched with sealants and not even. Sent texts, calls and ******** messages and never replied when he will come back to fix the program.

  We did everything properly. We put drain tiles under the ground because all the water on her down spouts were washing the dirt way. We gave her an extremely cheap bid for what we did. They wanted corrugate pipe lines installed which we did. Then we back filled the corrugated pipes, we packed the dirt down with the machine, and seeded it. Then after we seeded it we checked everything to make sure water was running properly. I told the home owner that if you do not put the gutter guards on the leaves will go into the gutters then the down spouts will start clogging the lines up. We also patched the driveway and sealed it. We went around the house numerous of times to make sure things were done properly, and they were pleased with the work and gave me the last payment. After that they actually called me and wanted me to do work on the hot tub but I told them I couldn't work on it. I would be more than happy to do another inspection. If there was something I did wrong I will be more than happy to fix it. However, I cannot do extra work for free. If they want gutter guards done I would be happy to provide a bid and work with them. I'm always willing to help.

  By looking at ****** comments, you can tell he is completely a lair:
  1. “An extremely cheap bid” is not an excuse to leave your clients with a broken sprinkler system and uneven patched of driveway seals. If you have gave a quote too cheap, please communicate with your client and found a solution. Promised your client will come to fix it but never did is not correct.
  2. Our gutters already installed with gutter guards before his project. So the assumption of clog by no gutter guards never exists.
  3. Since he said he already fixed everything, I believe him and without testing and pay him full. And then when we asked him to run the system together, even at that time he was working in our next door neighbor place, he never did show us the drain system were working. And we already found out one drain he didn't do anything and it is still clogged.
  4. We asked him to quote the hot tube was because he called me and asked for more jobs. I also introduced him to our next door neighbor for the backyard project. It also ended up he got fired by my neighbor for poor workmanship.
  

  For what he did wrong and costs me:
  He cut my sprinkler system wire. He promised will fix it and still one zone is not working. After texting to him so many times and he finally said “I have fixed everything it needs to be fixed” and never get back to me. I have to pay $1250.65 to rewire the whole sprinkler system. The sprinkler company also said he did not know what he was doing and all the wirings were wrong.
  For the poor workmanship of the driveway, he ghosted me until I left a negative review on his facebook page. He just left a message to me and said I am a slander. I have attached the estimate for the works he didn’t do properly, and it costs $5267.00.
  I have Face Book the above 2 estimates to ** **** and he never get back to me and with any comments.
