I am rejecting this response because:No my house does not have a flood issue. The septic tank was clogged with glue per the septic company that came out to clean the line. I had to pay 375.00 to.have that line cleaned out. The flooring was glued down and when the water came up from the glued toilet it was trapped under the floor and I had to replace the flooring. There was no bolts in the toliet and glued all around the toliey/floor. The top of the drywall and the area were the sink is located was not affected by any water, the contractor just did not mud, tape or sand the drywall it correctly. How was the light switch affected by water? The ceiling of the drywall is crumbling and no water touched that as well.
Sincerely,

Our church (********* ** ** ******) sought out handyman services and hired ****** ******. Mr. ****** provided an estimate listing all the problematic areas that were discussed. The deacons decided to select one high priority concern from the listing to proceed with initially. Mr. ****** agreed with said work, completed the job and was paid in full. The deacons were satisfied and decided to submit another small batch of items for repairs, which Mr. ****** agreed to. The deacons stated that items being installed/ repaired must be of better quality & similar likeness to the items already in the church. Mr. ****** agreed, stating he was going to “take good care of the church” and assured the work would be finished the same day (Sat., Jan 22, 2022) without obstructing Sunday service on the following day. Mr. ****** was paid in full upfront, began work the same day but didn’t complete the job as previously arranged. He stated he would return at 8am on Sun., Jan 23rd to complete the contracted work. Mr. ****** returned Sunday morning, without the proper materials and still didn’t complete the work as agreed. Also, the deacons pointed out their concerns with his workmanship, and how the newly installed items were not the quality they envisioned. Mr. ****** stated he would correct every concern, and finish up the job on Wed., Jan. 26th. Wednesday arrived and Mr. ****** was a no call no show. The deacons called numerous times, left voicemails and texted him for weeks however, to no avail. Still to this day, he has yet to communicate nor professionally complete the work as agreed to in the contract which he was paid in full to do. The church is saddened that Mr. ****** didn’t honor the contract and finish the work as promised. Hopefully, this will reveal the truth about Mr. ******’s inconsistent work and poor business practices. It worries us to think that if he would take advantage of a church, then he probably wouldn’t hesitate to do the same to someone else.Business response

The owner gave prior approval before the toilets were put in. They can't be returned.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Mr. ****** was made clearly aware by the Deacons that the items installed were unsatisfactory and incomplete. Additionally, he agreed to correct the complaints and stated he has access to get the exact items to replace what was improperly installed. Yet he never completed the job, was paid in full prior to and now is still not taking responsibility for his actions. It's disheartening that we had to contact BBB just to receive any correspondence from Mr. ******. We pray that no one else is taken advantage of.
Sincerely,
****** ***** **
