I hired this company to do work in my home. They did a permit for electrical and the plumbing, but not the framework. Now St. Ann building office says they have to tear out the walls to see the framerwork. I contacted Mosby and they haven't gotten back to me.Business response

Mosby talked with the St. Ann city inspector to resolve the issue and provide assurances of the quality of work. The inspector said that he was not able to get into the bathroom to evaluate the work performed due to the cleanliness of the home. The inspector also said that he will have to reschedule with the homeowner to get back into the home once the homeowner removed specific personal items. Mosby talked with the homeowner on 7/15/22 letting them know that the inspector would be coming to do an inspection to rectify the issue. Mosby did apologize to the homeowner for the original issue. Mosby also provides a 10 year Warranty for its work and is dedicated to solving this issue with the homeowner.
