I ordered 3 t-shirts from them. They stated "Guaranteed fi t". I wear Large size, I have a whole closet filled with Large shirts. I received shirts that were not Large more like medium. Anyway they were skin tight and didn't fit. I re-boxed them and sent them *** for $21 back to them for a refund. I was already into the company for $8 shipping to get them to me. No return label supplied. I had to call about the refund because they were silent. I was told that the shirts were used and not in new condition. That they seemed to be washed and there was "Lint" on them. What the heck did they mean by **** on them? Then they tell me that only two of the shirts are non returnable and they will give me credit for one. This is a scam. They have the product, I have nothing except out $30 freight. I believe that they will resell the shirts to another victim and pull the same scenario on them. Sort of a Pyramid scheme with them making profit and the customer losing by not getting a refund and out the shipping. The most recent email from them after I told them I was reporting them to PayPal, BBB, and the *** is that they will go out of their way and supply me with shirts in a larger size. That's not acceptable! I'm 70 years old and my experience in life tells me that if a company is willing to commit fraud against you they will commit it again and you are best staying away from them period. I want a complete refund as committing fraud on a Senior citizen in ***************** is a Federal Felony, it is the law. I'm sure I will end up eating the freight (unfair) $30 but I want a full refund of the purchase price or charges filed against them. Regards, ***********************Business response

The customer wanted to return three t-shirts , but two were damaged and he was told that they would not be refundable. Due to miscommunication through my customer service and warehouse team, which told him the shirt was damaged and would not be refunded, the customer has received a full refund for our error in communicating the reason to him. This customer has been taken care of and refunded the full total of his purchase.Customer response
