On my visit to this dentist, whom I have known for over 25 years, the "office manager" insisted that I pay $100, even thought with *** I have no co-pay. I said ok and I was going to get my friend so I could get my checkbook out of her car, but first I needed the restroom. I headed for the restroom and the "office manager" followed me down the hall calling me a thief and yelling at me. When I came out of the restroom I went downstairs and she was standing at the elevator telling people that got on and off that there was a woman who was a thief trying to get away, I went out to get my check out of the friends car, She followed me across ******* *** screaming at me, that I was a thief, and a ****** because I am white and she is black. She called me a ***** ************ screaming at me across ******* **. I got out my phone to call my friend, and I guess she thought I was calling the police because she turned and walked back to the dental office. She said she had to collect the $100 because she would get fired if she didn't. ?? THAT will get her fired, but following a patient down the road, taking pictures of me, yelling obscenities' in the middle of the street, defaming my character right there in the office to complete strangers, doesn't get her fired ? when I went back in to give her the money, she was still talking about me to the customers. She also informed me that she has a 9mm.Business response
