2021 Watson Pointe Dental advised if I selected the ********** plan to pay for the dental work they provided which was very outrageously expensive - two crowns after *** ****** ****** did the posts for dental implants. This was well over $5000 there would be no interest charges even after the so called promotion. The attached letters you will see got me no where and over $900 interest charges. I feel Watson Pointe Dental engages in deceptive practices and should be liable for making their promise good to me. I no longer go there and have told other about the issue I am facing.Business response

Understanding the ********** contract can be difficult. I apologize for and take responsibility for miscommunications by my team members. On May 3, 2022, I credited the patient’s ledger for her balance due of $798.00. This balanced which accrued for services between the dates of May 14, 2021 and June 28, 2021, after the dental services mentioned in the complaint. I hope that this adjustment to the patient’s account will remedy the situation. I have attached a copy of the patient’s ledger showing the adjustment.
