Business damaged two of my sweaters, holes in the same spot on both garments. The manager had the nerve to say this is moth damage. One sweater is brand new, and the other a few months old. It is obvious that your equipment damaged my property, moths do not eat two sweaters in the exact spot with exact markings. The value of the sweaters ruined is over $450 dollars on top of the $40 I paid to have my property damaged.Business response

I have on video and record that both gray sweaters had holes in it when it was brought in. It was marked on the ticket and the ticket cannot be changed.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The sweater is brand new, the damage was not there when I brought it in. Two sweaters with damage in the exact same spot is not moth damage - this was caused by their machine. If the owner says they have video, I would like to see said video. This business is not trustworthy and they are lying.
