Quiero poner una queja sobre la "Compañia" Phoenix loss Control. El pedestal que esta hubicado en la banqueta de la calle,frente a mi casa aparecio un dia quebrado. (Despues de que dias antes mirara en ese mismo lugar a varios jovensitos alli jugando o pasando tiempo) Yo no preste atecion al pedestal hasta que dias despues mi internet comenso a fallar (estaba lento).Llame a mi probedor de cable (********) y la persona al telefono me dijo que mandarian a una persona a revisar las conecciones. El empleado de ******** reviso dentro de mi casa y dijo que el problema estaba en los cables del pedestal que estaban muy dañados por lo destruido que estaba el pedestal. Me comento que tenia yo que llamar a ******** para reportarlo. A ******** NO A "PHOENIX LOSS CONTROL" Llame a ******** y dijeron que mandarian a alguien a revisarlo.Yo pregunte si tendria algun cobro para mi y ellos me dijeron que NO. Vinieron dos personas lo repararon el dia 8/9/23. Y tres meses despues resivo una carta de esta supuesta compañia "POENIX LOSS CONTROL" Cobrandome una factura de $1,138.10 dls hable a ******** y me dijeron que ellos no tenian registrada ninguna cuenta qe yo debo. Soy una persona que cuida mucho su credito y responsable con mis cuentas. Llamo a el numero telefonico que viene en la carta que resivi de esta supuesta compañia y no contestan.Deje mensaje en español pues (YO NO HABLO INGLES) NO me regresan la llamada. Llame otra vez tampoco me contestan. Dejo mensaje pero esta vez en ingles con ayuda de un traductor de mi telefono. Pidiendo que me regresen la llamada porfabor en Español. Hoy me llamaron 11/16/23 a las 6am y preguntaron por mi en INGLES les dije en Español que si soy yo pero que no hablo ingles y necesitaba hablar con alguien en español. El hombre fue muy grosero porque me dijo "ME DEJASTE UN MENSAJE EN INGLES" y le dije que si pero no lo hablo. Me pidio correo electronico. Y le dije (como pude) que para que me dijo que para mandarne fotos. Le pedi otravez a algun traductor y solo me dijo que no tenia uno y solo colgo la llamada. Asi que estoy preocupada pues no se que hacer para arreglar esta situcion. Aparte de acerme sentir mal por no hablar ingles y practicamente negarme un traductor no me explicaron sobre estos cargos. Que yo no autorise. Y nadie me dijo que los cobrarian.
I want to make a complaint about the "Company" Phoenix loss Control. The pedestal that is located on the street sidewalk in front of my house appeared broken one day. (After days before I saw several young people in that same place playing or spending time) I did not pay attention to the pedestal until days later my internet began to fail (it was slow). I called my cable tester (********) and The person on the phone told me that they would send someone to check the connections. The ******** employee checked inside my house and said that the problem was with the pedestal cables, which were badly damaged because of how destroyed the pedestal was. He told me that I had to call ******** to report it. TO ******** NOT TO "PHOENIX LOSS CONTROL" I called ******** and they said they would send someone to check it. I asked if there would be any charge for me and they told me NO. Two people came and repaired it on 9/8/23. And three months later I received a letter from this supposed company "POENIX LOSS CONTROL" Charging me an invoice of $1,138.10 dls, I spoke to ******** and they told me that they did not have any account registered that I owe. I am a person who takes great care of his credit and is responsible with my accounts. I called the phone number that appears in the letter I received from this supposed company and they do not answer. I left a message in Spanish because (I DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH) They DO NOT return my call. I called again and they didn't answer me either. I left a message but this time in English with the help of a translator on my phone. Asking that you return my call please in Spanish. Today they called me 11/16/23 at 6am and asked for me in ENGLISH, I told them in Spanish that it is me but I don't speak English and I needed to talk to someone in Spanish. The man was very rude because he told me "YOU LEFT ME A MESSAGE IN ENGLISH" and I told him yes but I don't speak it. He asked me for my email. And I told him (as best I could) why he told me to send me photos. I asked for a translator again and he only told me that he didn't have one and he just hung up the call. So I'm worried because I don't know what to do to fix this situation. Apart from making me feel bad for not speaking English and practically denying me a translator, they did not explain these charges to me. That I do not authorize. And no one told me that they would charge them.

Hoy 13 de Diciembre 2023. Desde qe resivi la primer carta no eh resivido ninguna clase de contacto conmigo en español. Para qe me expliqen qe es lo qe esta pasando. Sigo sin entender qe es lo qe me estan cobrando. Tengo todas las preguntas y nadie se a podido comunicarse con migo en mi idioma. Esta ultima carta que resivi,.en donde me dice una persona llamada *******" que ella habla español y me puede ayudar. En ese mismo instante llame al numero que aparese alli con su nombre y no contesto nadie mi llamada. Deje un mensaje OTRAVEZ en español. Y hasta el dia de hoy nadie se a comunicado conmigo ni he resivido la llamada de regreso como decia la grabadora de la sra ******* que lo harian. No se de que se trata esto y es realmente abrumador. Esta carta la redactaron Noviembre 25 y como explico llame inmediatamente despues de resivirla hoy ya es Diciembre 13 y sigo sin tener respuesta ni una explication por parte de ellos.

This last letter that I received, where a person named ******* tells me that she speaks Spanish and can help me. At that very moment I called the number that appears there with her name and no one answered my call. I left a message AGAIN on Spanish. And to this day no one has contacted me nor have I received the return call as Mrs. *******'s recorder said they would. I don't know what this is about and it is really overwhelming. This letter was written November 25 And as I explained, I called immediately after receiving it, today is December 13 and I still have no response or explanation from them.
