Work has been completed - but we are more than two months past installation and the building inspections have not been completed. Have tried multiple times to get resolved. Last time was requested on 12/6 - now a full week past and no communication at all as to why this has not been completed.Business response

When the complaint was received is was addressed immediately, customer was called and as of today all permits have been closed out. After reviewing this issue with the Team, the issue is out of character with the expectations of Streib. Our 3 rules of engagement, Our Core Values, 5 Steps of ****************** and Our Core Process were not followed ultimately resulting in the customers frustration. We assured the customer this would be addressed, apologized for the experience and we appreciate the opportunity to share this with our Team to learn and grow from this experience.
