Company does illegal work not following rules, Did not get permits for work. Company work was not up to code. I communicated to the owner that my property was going on the market to be sold. The owner did not get the required permit requested by **********. Owner was not a License Plumber and he charge me **** dollars. I had to hire a License Plumber later to complete the work up to code and was charged 900.He also did electical work out of code costing me **** dollars. This company should be shut down. Behind all this craziness the owner admitted he wasn't qualified and it was my fault???The owner seem to be uneducated when it come to communicating with his clients. He will blame his customers for hid *********. I would like a refund. He owe ********** money also.*************************

All work performed was done correctly and confirmed by these customers before doing the job and satisfaction was expressed before they paid on several occasions. They tried to sell the house and this is when they got hassled and told they needed to do more kinds of work from an inspector who nephew does the work the inspector says they need to get done again then he had a guy that his wife told me is a money hound and she knows he making her husband not listen as she also told her husband that he needs to let this company come back for any problems because there are warranties on services but he allowed the guy to talk him in to giving him some work to do so as his wife and I stated this voids the warranty but he continued while having this divorce and selling the house with little cooperation from each other. Bitter divorce and argument Type statements began during this divorce and sale and came on to me steady talking about things other than the job till I had to close the conversation and ignore his advances from his LGBTQ stance. Ultimately ************ tried to address his issue as he tried to sell though the contractor assigned to his plumbing was no longer with this company and because the home owner was trying to sell fast he allowed someone to come and tamper with warrantied work so it was voided and I then stopped communicating about the issue to him and lastly explained to his wife and she said to h*** with him because he not gonna listen after we told him look up the info him self on the net where he was told he can find it so he is not being told something to be lead deceitfully to spend more money. He would not listen and said there was more money my company missing making with him and he was told and sent a photo of my truck on a flat and told if he can wait a day Ill come in my Camaro and check out what he needs help with. He wanted to say a lot but not listen or look up info with me showing him what he was being told wrong. His person life made his business endeavors void from warranty violations to LGBTQ advancements being ignored. I still thank them for all the praise they gave after each job and thanks they called so many times because of good work. Home sales during and because of divorce can be devastating but hopefully ************* gets what he wants and never calls again because we wont serve what ever address is in question.
