I purchased the dvd from *******. I called them and they said it was a manufacturers' defect. I called the company and the person I spoke with said I should unplug it and restart it. That worked for a little bit but then it didn't work with any dvd. They said they would send me a mailing label and instructions on how to send it back. I don't have email, I had them send it to my brother's email. My brother didn't get the email. I called back a few days later. Talked to another person. I still haven't received a mailing label. I paid $30 for the dvd.Business response
