Sapper Consulting was a complete waste of time, waste of resources, and waste of money. It was amateurish at best and not a service for a national or sophisticated *******. It was like dealing with uneducated people who were following their script and not listening to the client. They are posers with little to no experience in business. It was frustrating. I had to take the time to rewrite all of their letters. They wouldn't listen. But they wanted me to listen to their timed scheduled calls so that they could bill out their modeled service. It was like listening to a high school child giving advice on business. It was a sad state of affairs. Had I allowed their correspondence to go out as presented to me, I would have been embarrassed for our *******. It was better to walk away than to let them continue to represent us. We did not get a single lead. I stand correct, I received one lead, over a three-month period, from a ******* that wrote to me to alert me that my letter was targeted to the wrong ******* and to the wrong industry. My experience with Sapper was terrible. I am writing this review to save others from wasting their time, resources, and hard-earned money on such a joke of a lead gen service. Your time and money will be better spent internally or elsewhere. Of course, they held me to 3 months of payments, unwavering, as they would preferred to get their $7,500 +/- than to have done a job well done, or a satisfied client. Shame on Sapper Consulting. In their defense, they might have tried. But they simply do not have the skills, talent, or business experience to deliver. If you are a serious business, stay away. At the end of the day, the onus fell on me. I should have known better. I should have paid attention to the early signs, to the red flags that indicated that they were out of their league, and not to be taken seriously. Stay away from Sapper Consulting and do a better job vetting a lead gen ******* than I did.
