Con artists, everything I bought here has been broken or just garbage. I will never buy everything here again nor advise anyone too.

We strive to make every customer happy and do what we can to work out their issues within the parameter's of out terms and conditions that you have to agree with prior to creating an account and prior to bidding. These items are typically never brand new and the terms are clear that all items are "as is". This particular customer has never reached out to us to make us aware of any issues he may have had. He has 2 invoices. One from 2022 and one recent one. We were never made aware of any problems that he had. We were notified that he had an issue when we received a bad review and a scathing email asking us to delete his account. Of course, we reached out to him to try to solve his issue. Instead we were meet with a cussing and defamatory language. Followed by a rant on voicemail that including coming to our business with a gun and threatening the lives of our employees. To this day, we still do not know why he is dissatisfied and why he remains focused on the business, even though his account has been deleted as requested. BCL Auctions steals pictures from the internet to advertise the items they are selling. So when you get the item it is damaged and not what the photos show. They misrepresent the items they sell. I bought 24 cans of spray paint, I got them home and none of them worked. They charge sales taxes on items that according to ******** Statue is not inventoried or considered as retail products, and should not be charged taxes. I asked them to delete my account, it took them a week to delete the account and allowed me to bid on items and raise the prices before they deleted the account. Therefor all the people bidding on the items I bidded on was charged more. BUYERS BEWARE, they charge more than any other Auction Company and charge taxes I am not even sure they claim. I am not the only that believes the Owner is a con artist.Review from Adam B

Half the time items are not as claimed to be . Pictures of wrong items in the auction your bidding on very hard to get a refund. The owner **** is very arrogant and extremely rude along with the employee that does the photos and descriptions Rj . I'm an closing my account theve gotten me for the last time. The former lady that took care of everything "*****" was amazing I've been a good customer of bcl for many years but they are getting so bad I'm done being cussed at for Rj mistakes.
