I booked a date for a party with Travis and I had to reschedule for May 7. I called today because I had to cancel the party altogether. He states the $100 deposit is non refundable. He did not tell me that before I booked. I’ve requested my money back twice before reporting him. He declined once and probably will again because he keeps debating saying he told me and he did not. He didn’t even give me a contract as promised. He’s very unprofessional and trying to take my money.Business response

We have tried to rescheduled her more than one time. Our policy is that we do not offer refunds. We explained that to the consumer and we have a witness to it.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I was NEVER told about the policy in the beginning .He told me about the “policy “ the day I asked for my refund. He was unprofessional from the beginning I didn’t even get a contract. If it was a policy a professional would’ve stated that in the beginning in the first conversation. I would’ve been ok with it if it was stated in the beginning and it was not. The only thing he did refer was changing the date in our last conversation. And I declined. I didn’t need another date I need my money back. Especially since it wasn’t stated in the beginning. If this can’t get resolved through here I will take this to court.
