On 11-30-2022 at 12:13 p.m. I had left the dentist with my grandson and I wanted to get him ********* quick. I went to the resturant. I ordered two cheeseburgers only ketchup six piece nuggets and a large dollar menu hi-c. I paid ***** for the order it seem kind off high but my grandson needed to eat *********.the gentlemen that waited on me was busy and kinda of talking to a another gentlemen that said he has bad eyes he could not see the machine. He waiting on carry out order also. I stated that I was having problems with the machine and what I ordered.He charged me for two hamburgers plus cheese instead of two cheese burgers. The following day I spoke to the manager i think her name was *** or nia ********* to the effect. She told me that I could get a refund or another cheeseburger I said ok I will be in today, Upon entering the same guy was at the front desk so I ask for a manage he was calling customer number 12 He however looked at my receipt and I explain to him that i was suppose to get a cheeseburger no ketchup. he blew me off, finally a manager came over and loked at my receipt and said you ordered two hamburgers add cheese it comes up to the same amount, in between all this the gentlemen walked from the front counter out the door with a bag and a soda . In the meantime another manager said with her back to me i did tell her to come in and ********* else. bein a senior citizen I was tired and upset. so I called the number on the bottom of page ************** and she basically said nothing except that she would call the store and get back with me. So i contacted the coporate office and she said she would get in touch with manger. I fell as though my complaint did no good. I went through an aweful experince and it is not right. I am a senior citizen with disable senior this should not happen
