in December of 2022 we have sign a contract with 3 Rivers Water Proofing for a total of $8,325 and paid a deposit of $2,775. The work started February 2023 we had foundation work done by 3 River Water Proofing to do a perimeter drain around the inside of the basement and add a sump pump. during the work I asked for a bid on addition foundation drain work in a small room off the basement, and we agree on the price of $1,450. the work was completed in February and paid the balance of $7,000 was happy with the work. in March we had a leak with water still coming into the basement. the owner ***** ****** came out and repaired the problem. I stated to Mr. ****** that I still need the warranty paperwork and receipt. Mr. ****** stated that I would get the warranty paperwork showing the lifetime warranty and receipt for work done. after many phone calls and text messages still had not received warranty paperwork or the receipt for worked paid for. on October 6 he stated that it would be email the next day as of my last text with Mr. ****** on November 6 still no paperwork on receipt. any help you can provide would be great. Text dates asking about warranty paperwork May 18, October 6, October 27, November 6, and many phone calls.Business response

04/16/2023 rain was coming inside the house. I emailed the business and informed them of the situation. ***** responded to the email and stated to contact his office to schedule a appointment. He sent someone out of 05/06/2023 They came out they did not fix anything and he informed me that I would have to contact the office to schedule another appointment. The person did not have the right tools. I rescheduled the appointment for 05/22/2023. No, one showed up to that appointment. I reached out to the business again via email and called. The work they did was not smooth. No one has returned my phone call. I would like refund in the amount of $5,000.00Business response

We had done the work prior to her moving into her home for the bank. The basement was unfinished, they had to remove drywall to get to the cracks. She scheduled us to come back out. We thought that was only one service plate to be injected but there were several (5) that needed to be installed. So he was going to give it to the office to be rescheduled and he got into a vehicle accident and her contact information was in the vehicle. The vehicle caught fire and the rep was hospitalized for several days. I had no way to get in touch with her. So I told her I would do it on a Saturday for them and I have heard nothing back from them. I emailed her the day we received the complaint and have not heard anything from her. She requested a refund but she didn't pay for the work. I got her email information from the Mo Attorney General's Office and this is where I got her email from.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: i’ve been nothing but patience and understanding for this company. Each time I reached out to the guy. He stated “I’ll sent somebody out on Saturday”No one showed up once again. I reached out twice a week also emailed him so losing my contact information I’m a little confused about but I just want him to pay for a different company of my choice to come out and fix the problem. The work looks terrible down there. Also I feel like they took advantage, because I’m a young lady.

There was no confirmation that there was a second appt scheduled for Saturday, and I have never even met the customer before or after we done the work. The bank paid for the job so, that is who would get the refund if one was issuedCustomer response

TR 12/06/2023 The consumer stated she has never heard back from this company, nor have they provided a refund to her or the bank.
TR 12/13/2023 I do not trust this company to do any additional work in my home, I want them to pay a third party to complete the repairs. I will forward the BBB a copy of the estimate I have from a third party contactor.
TR 12/19/2023 Mediator sent an email to the consumer requesting an update on the third party inspection and estimate to be sent last week,
TR 12/22/2023 Mediator left a detailed voicemail for the consumer.
TR 01/03/2024 Mediator requested inspection report several times, business offered to fix any issues up to $450.00
TR 01/24/2024 Consumer provided inspection/ estimate report from third-party company.
TR 02/21/2024 ************ continues to give me a run around, I do not trust them and would like to send this complaint to arbitration. [TR] sent this complaint to ****** for review.

TR 12/06/23 This consumer will not allow us to address her concerns, she just keeps demanding a refund. We will be more than happy to work with the consumer to address and repair the small leaks, or we will also agree to provide a refund for $450.00 to seal the anchors.
TR 02/02/2024 Mediator sent business a copy of inspection and estimate from third party company provided by the consumer.
TR 02/06/2024 Mediator left a detailed voicemail for the business to confirm receipt of the third-party estimate provided by the consumer.
TR 02/09/2024 [BR] We will review the report and estimate and call you next week.

TR 02/16/2024 The anchors on the estimate are not the same. We offered to cover the anchors we installed under the warranty and will reinject the existing ones that we installed. We will not offer any monetary refunds or pay a third party company..
