            If I could give 0 starts I would. These people sell money not furniture. This company preys on lower income people of color who have bad credit, the elderly and disabled. They sell you money and VERY high interest rates. COMPARE RATES BEFORE YOU BUY THESE ****** WILL PREY ON THE POOR. DONT BUY TOTAL SCAMMERS and the customer service is poor. The ******************** is old and outdated and they do not put price tags on the furniture. There is no way to actually know how much an item costs and they pretend to "offer a special deal". I have reported this company to the ******** ********** of ****** Services and the ******** ******** ******* on 08/29/2022 after scamming my mother out of furniture and then verbally abusing her after she asked a question about the delivery after she received it. The quality of this businesses products are subpar and completely over priced. You can shop at a big box store and get a better product for less. Do not let anyone you love spend a dime in this place. The disrespect that my mother and I received after spending her money here was horrible.

            This customer was very rude she called first cursing and then she came in the store cursing loud and saying how professional she was. The prices are on the furniture, only thing that does not a have a price on it is the mattresses. Her Mother picked the most expensive mattress. She was offered her money back after the mattress get picked up. She went on and on with the explicit words. She was never cursed at or talked to negative in any type of way. Never have our store been through this type of situation befor. I again apologize for anything she thinks we did wrong. Her Mother came in on 8/31/2022 and received her refund of $1,000.

            Dont shop at this store. They have better items at lower prices at the Goodwill. The customer again is disgusting. I sure did fight for my mother at get her refund. If I had not she would have been stuck with this god awful cheap over priced furniture. Im a licensed social worker and Geriatric nurse. I look out of disabled and elderly individuals and will not stand by and watch any for of abuse or fraud. Yes. My mother got her money back and had I not taken action.. she would have kept getting hung up on or talked down to. Again. Never again will I allow anyone I know to shop there. Moving on to a purchase at a clean, updated store with professional sales staff. Have a great day. :-)
