I hired this business to shingle my pitched roof and seal the flat roof. It has a 2 year labor warranty, and an 8 year product warranty for the sealant. The flat roof has been leaking in 2 places. He was supposed to seal around the vent for the bathroom and they didn&#**;t so now it leaks. There is also a growing wet spot in my bedroom. I have called him several times. The first time he said he would come out and fix it. It has been a year and a half and he has never come out and he never answers the phone. It now says his voicemail is full.Business response

She said she does not want anyone to come into her home due to Covid. We have to come in to verify where it is leaking. We need to take a look so we can fix the problem. I will make it quick and simple. If she can give us 5 minutes, we can see where it is leaking,Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: ************ stopped taking my calls to schedule a time they can come out to fix the issue. I am not denying access to my home, The son of the owner has been in my home, and stated he is vaccinated.

I'm still waiting to hear from the contractor to set up an appointment to view the problem ? ***** his employee / son came thru my house several times to access *******, cos there was No Ladder available . It's now been over 2 months since my original complaint. & over a year trying to contact him. First time I have ever had to complain to the BBB . Just want the leaks fixed. Thank You Tell us why here...Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory only if they fully fix the problem.
Also they must CALL first & set-up an appointment. ( Also what took so long to respond or at least answer the phone? )

In June I was told that he would be calling to set up an appointment to FIX the roof. He has NEVER Called me.
