    I hate posting negative reviews, but don't want anyone else to get burned. I hired ***************** of All the Small Things LLC to replace drywall in a small bathroom. He removed the old drywall and, after many excuses and delays, hung the new panels. He never returned to finish the job (taping, mudding, and sanding) in spite of many promises. After his last no-show, he disappeared from ******** ********* and took down his business page. For several weeks, his ads were running on FB. If they appear again, my advice is to avoid him.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience ****** but I never took my page down I was working on it and it was always active along with my ******** profile. And I'm sorry I forgot to finish mudding your bathroom which is about 50 to 100 hours worth of work and I told you already that I would reimburse you the money. We have already discussed this I had got my number changed and forgot to get a hold of you. So if you would like to get this taken care of and for you to take this negative comment off instead of trying to reach out to me that would be greatly appreciative because I'm doing everything I can on my part and I'm tired of people thinking that they're getting screwed when really I'm doing a favor at low prices so that's why I offer low prices this right here to prove to people that even though people are getting a discount they're still not appreciative of what is being done. I am also a human and I also have stuff that goes on in my life so for people to think I should put my life on hold for them just because they give me a little bit of money I'm sorry but that on its own is disrespectful we communicated we talked and you did this so yes I am highly ****** off

    ***************** unblocked me on ******** Messenger this morning to send me the following text as a response to my BBB review above. It does not seem to contain any offer of apology or making things right; instead, only indignation that I would dare tell anyone my experiences with his company. I will say that after his last no-show, my text to him on FB Messenger was blocked. I could no longer locate him on ********, but I called the number on his business card and left a message, but he never called me back. At this point I just want this young man to go away. Experience *** teach him business ethics, or not. He's no longer my problem. I don't feel comfortable letting him anywhere near my home again. (I do have all the text exchanges with him containing promises and delays and excuses since June.)****'S MESSAGE TO ME:You know I do appreciate your negative review on the BBB that is the nicest thing anybody has ever done for me you are the greatest person in the world I hope you go on to succeed and be the most successful person in the world because what you did is very ungrateful and unthoughtful of others you people meaning customers think I should put everything on hold for you I have stuff going on in my life and I'm not going to explain every ******* detail to every ******* customer so if you have a problem with that you keep that to yourself you don't try and tarnish someone's name because you got a **** hurt over 50 or $100 which I could have gave you. The only way for you to resolve this on the BBB without me calling him as for you to respond to a message because I will call them and I will have them reach out to you and I will get this resolved the right way my page was never down neither my main ******** profile either. I wasn't on ******** for a while for your information since I have to answer every ******* question you got

    You know your life must be pretty ***** and you must be pretty ***** to try and ruin someone's life over a few bucks instead of trying to call me and get a hold of me when nothing changed and those messages you have that you're trying to burn me with you need to find a life and you need to live it because you trying to ruin mine I will pay you a visit with a summons to court so watch what you're doing you ain't trying nothing to solve this all you're trying to do is burn bread and burn my business and tarnish my name so keep at it because you're going to try a lot harder

    And if it was something you wanted to get taken care of and fixed and it really was an actual problem you would have filed a complaint with the BBB to allow me to make this right and since you haven't all you're trying to do is make me look some type of way by handling business or professional manner so if you're not going to allow the BBB to make right on this all you're doing is create and drama so keep doing it sweetheart in fact I implore you to try and make me look unprofessional and make me look bad because you can't dictate me as a man by what you say

    I honestly am truly sorry for how I tried to handle this matter. I allowed my feelings effect my work and it showed with the responses. I'm learning in this business that I can't rely on depend on anybody to be there to finish jobs or even work them all the way thru and that's what unfortunately happened and you paid the price and that is wrong and should of never happened and I am sorry. What ever I can do to make this up to you I will do it and with the biggest smile of appreciation. Please get a hold of me when you get a chance and we can discuss what I need to do to make this right, whether it's me giving you some money back or me offering free labor that's worth more than what I owe. Please get back to me soon to resolve this issue please.

    ****,Thanks for reaching out. I am willing to consider the matter closed if I am reimbursed $150 of the $350 you were paid up front. I finished the taping, mudding, and sanding myself, so I don't need more work done now. It would be acceptable to me if you want to split the payments into three installments of $50 each, paid monthly. I can accept cash, money order, or cashiers check. You can either mail it or just leave it in my mailbox. I wish you every success with your business.
