In 2019 we had Aulbach Contracting expand our driveway and remove and pour a new walkway to our front door. Less than a year later the walkway cracked and separated from the house. This was a fault of the contractors when the concrete was poured and they did not seam it properly. We contact the contractor and he came out to visually inspect the issue with my walkway. He advised at the time that he would "replace the walkway", and that it "would involve removing the old walkway and pouring a new one". The contractor advised that he would put us on the schedule when he had a local job in the area. Several months passed and we never heard back from him, so I reached out and was given the same excuse of "we would be scheduled once he had a local job." I let a few more months pass and reached out to him again and he assured me that he "hadn't forgotten about it and was hoping to get it done in the upcoming months." I let a bit more time pass and then texted him, called him and never received any response from him. Meanwhile, my walkway is a cracked mess and is getting worse.
