Entered a contract with PCC in May 2022 to read my home after a fire. Work is almost complete how ever the company seem to think they are finished and they are not. They seem to want final payment and the work is not complete. I am missing a cabinet door, not towel holder, basement steps are not finished, they have large gaps on the sides, kitchen floor was damaged due to being stained up and won't come clean from them working, basement is half paint and some of our personal items damaged. Ceilings and walls have 2 different colors from them calling themselves Touching Up The paint. One of the owners ****** *. Was told that he would get final payment once everything was completed. I text them about a leak and it took 10 days for the to come out and they expect final payment and the work is not finished.

On August 31st we were officially done with *** *** **** ***** home. As we were wrapping things up, *** ***** advised that we were done, and we could go home. He also advised that he was more than satisfied on what we have done to his home. On that same day we called **** ***** advising the final payment, she advised she would send it tomorrow morning. The next morning as we waited for payment, we never received it. One of the owners proceeded on messaging **** ***** on when should we receive wire transfer. No response was given. **** ***** then **** **** another owner 40% of the final payment and advises she wants her ceiling basement done (which is not part of our original bid) she also wanted two extra kitchen cabinets (which was also not part of our original bid nor original scope of work) she also wanted all accents walls redone as the lines were not straight enough. We attempt to fix the issues but kept coming up with every little thing why things are not to her liking but didnt press the issue until we requested our final payment in full but have already advise she liked everything and would send payment.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

On September 2, 2020 you wrapped up and stated that you were finished. You called me and stated that you forgot to get payment. I advised you that I would send you something and that there were things still not completed. I sent ****** 2 different **** ****. and I told him that I would send the rest once the job is 100% completed. I text you on September 3, 2022 and  asked when would things be fixed and there was a leak. You said that ****** specialize in plumbing. I text him and got no reply. After days of teting him each time you text me saying that you wpould come out. Now if you dont specialize in plumbing why did you show up 10 days later to look at the leak. On that 10th day I gavce you a list of everything that needed to be done, and You were ok with that. You came to my home on Sept 9th and did completed 3 things off the list. Attemped to do touch up paint and you are the reason that now my cealing colors don't match. The list I gave you was front and back, you finished 3 small things on that list. I never stated that I did not have your money, its actually from my insurance company. I asked you to complete my home first and I would be more than happy to pay you. I have been paying you all thi time so why would I not pay for a finished job. Im still missing a cabinet door, kitchen floors are so dirty and messed up that I looks as if we had them for 2 years. ****** and yourself was told several times about these floors and other things and all ****** would say is DONT WORRY. I told you that and you stated to me on Sept 9, 2022 that ******, your father in law seems to forget alot. You all over charged my insurance company $3000 for cleaning, what did you clean. NOTHING! All I asked Corrie was for you all to compete my home and I had not problem paying you. You refused you had a worker over here working and you pulled him off the job, now there is a even more mess and more leaks. I just want my home completed, We never did the final walk through I did that on my own is how I came up with the list that need to be done. All my lights were left hanging in the basement, electric exposed, half painted ceilings, My entire upstairs have mix match paint all over the walls, no railing down the basement steps. Your cuts on my steps were too short now we have these big gaps on all sides of the steps. Never once did I say I was not going to pay you. I only asked that my home be finished 1st and you didnt like that. I tried to explain to you that LOOK HOW LONG IT TOOK YOU ALL TO COME FIX A LEAK AND I HAVE A PAYMENT THAT BELONGS TO YOU ONCE THE JOB IS DONE, DO YOU THING I WILL PAY YOU THAT MONEY AND YOU HAVE NOT DONE THE WORK. IF I CANT GET YOU TO COME OVER WHEN I HAVE FUNDS THAT GOES TOWARDS A COMPLETED JOB IMAGINE HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE YOU TO SHOW UP AND I DONT HAVE ANY FUNDS THAT BELONG TO YOU. THAT IS ALL I WAS TRYING TO GET YOU TO UNDERSTAND. CONTRACTORS RUN OFF WITH PEOPLE MONEY ALL THE TIME AND I DID NOT WANT THAT HAPPENING HERE. But you did not care to hear that.

      Sincerely,

      ****** *****

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

My name is ****** *****, I filed a complaint against the company that is list on complaint number ********. PCC. I responded to the reject on 09/16/2022 with the company stating they had someone come out all last week and that the cabinet door would take 3 weeks. I don't see my reply to their message and no it is saying that time has run out. I responed the the same day. What do I need to to because they are still not complete with the job that they were paid a large some of money to do? They have been saying 3 weeks on a cabinet door since 09/02/2022.

      Sincerely,

      ****** *****
