My daughter attends spirits in July I was charged double the months tuition. I was asked if i wanted it applied to the next month or refunded. I chose refund, because I am a single parent that budgets. They never replied or refunded the money to me. So after asking about the refund a week later and not hearing back from them I assumed it would just be applied to September's tuition. Now today 8/8/2022 I have been charged again. All I want is my 105.00 back and my child unenrolled. Also, this business has been operating for THREE weeks with no AC. 100 degree days children in a hot building exercising.... They really need to step it up with communication, answering back to people and the environment you pay a lot for you child to be in these hot conditions.Business response

We were aware that we over charged auto pay families on July 7. We communicated with those families, this one included, that they could apply the over charge to the next month, or get a refund. This family requested a refund which we provided on 7/9 in the amount $105.00.Customer response
