      I paid them ******** for hair restoration. A cap that was supposed to work did not work. I had to take the cap. They did not restore my hair. They gave me 750 back. I went to hair put into but it was no acceptable. It was old and ugly. They said they have a nonrefundable policy. They have not returned my money.

      Customer ********** purchased two items from **** on 8/16/23. 1. Hair system for hair replacement 2. Laser hair cap to help restore and stop current hair loss. 

      Custom hair system was delivered to in person but rejected from client due to not meeting her standards. 

      I personally met with **** to discuss options. An alternate (stock) hair system was offered to her at no cost due to the custom hair system not meeting her standards. The offer to rectify the situation was to refund the custom hair in full at $750 (no tax) and offer her a free hair system as a gift for her custom not working. **** refused this option and accepted the refund minus the free hair offered.

      The laser cap was a separate purchase made by ****. All laser caps are non-refundable due to them being a personal item to wear and that cannot be resold in the center. **** agreed and signed off on this (see attachments). Laser caps are extremely effective and durable. I would suggest if **** is having any issues, to bring it in so we can troubleshoot the issue and find a resolution. They also come with a 5-year warranty by the manufacture. 

      **** requested a refund for the hair that was not to her liking. A full refund in the form of $750 was returned to her immediately.

      Attachments show timeline of purchase agreement, receipts, item/nonrefundable delouser (signed & agreed upon by purchaser), and refund for hair. This matter was acted on in a real time and all requests were fulfilled during the process.

      I am rejecting this response because: I would like a refund of all my money back. I only received a $750 refund but i still want the rest refunded as well. The free hair i got for free is not of  good quality.

      On March 23, 2023 I visited the office for a consultation. I was sold a handmade hairpiece for $1695.00. The next day I was refunded $250 for paying in full. I was told it would take several months and to be patient, but we are now almost to November and I cannot reach anyone. I have tried text, email and multiple messages on different numbers, but nobody responds. I need help securing a refund since they refuse to communicate with me.

      I did receive a refund. My only concern is that on their website they say they are BBB accredited and your site states they are not accredited. I think that should be cleared up for consumers. I will attach a screenshot from their website.

      BBB Complaint The initial date of contact 11/2021 The amount of money paid $2999.00 The business committed to providing me with scalp micropigmentation (SMP) to conceal alopecia and give the appearance of hair where there is none. This dispute is based upon the business (Hans Wiemann) not providing a finished product or handling the matter professionally. I have reached out to them over the course of 3 weeks to speak about options moving forward that and I have been given the run around by the general manager, my initial consultant and the Restoreink Professional who performs the procedure once monthly (tattoo artist). My package purchased includes 4-8 sessions total and after session 3 the artist has been trying to say the procedure is complete. The area still very much looks like alopecia and is unfinished. I have reached out to them several times and received one call back that I was unavailable for. Once I called back and requested a call back, they have not tried to reach back out to me to rectify this issue. At this point I want a refund of my money and removal of this process.

      There was no “game plan” as the business reports. I was called by the coordinator, **** and I was unavailable at the time of her call. I called her back and left a voice message. She never called me back and I cancelled my appointment on April 29th. I am sick of their run around. I want a refund for the unused portion of my services ( 3 remaining).

      I purchased a hair piece from Hans Wiseman on February 2021. It was to be custom made with an eta of May 2021. I contacted, ***** ******* Image Consultant T ************ * * ************ **** ***** ***** *** ****** ** *****. And I been trying to cancel because today as August 24, 2021 I have not received my order. They don’t want to comply with my request.

      Good afternoon,

      Unfortunately, COVID continues to affect a lot of industries and our ability to get goods in a timely manner. Earlier this year we were able to get a semi-custom hair system for ***** to get her through till the custom order was completed.  
      We have reached out to ***** ***** and came to a resolution issuing her a partial refund. I am forwarding the refund agreement and receipt that was processed today.
