This company has the worst customer service every time. They lie and give different answers every time you call. Avoid at all costs, if possible. I have been on hold three times for over an hour each time. Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. STAY AWAYReview from Amy B

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used. **************** is a joke. They send you to a call center in ***** and then put you on hold when they dont want to help with a problem. No accountability. Really sick of this company. They sent us a wrong prescription and want us to pay for it. Ive been trying to remove the balance on our account for weeks. Infuriating customer service. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I think they really just blow you off when they put you on hold.Review from Sarah W

This is the worst prescription drug plan I have ever been on!!! I have been an a specialty medication for Crohn's disease for over 3 years and have been in remission since taking this medication. I am prescribed the medication to be taken every 4 weeks, however, Express Scripts will only allow a dose every 6 weeks. I have gone around around with them for the last 3 months to try to get the issue resolved with no results!!! Everyone I have spoken to keep telling me my doctor has been ignoring their "Prior Authorization" requests and not returning them. I have used the same specialist for over 15 years. His office personnel have always taken care of these things before I even knew it was needed. Express Scripts continues to say they will only cover a dose of my medication every 6 weeks or 42 days, however, that is not enough to sustain remission of the disease in my case. I have other daily medications that have also been rejected for payment, with notations to my local pharmacy as to what dose and how much I can have. I have been on these medications for well over 3 years and have enjoyed a fairly normal quality of life on the dosages I have been taking. How does Express Scripts get away with denying coverage of medications patients have taken for years??? Unless my specialty medication is approved at the 4 week or 28 day interval, my quality of life will severely and rapidly decline as my health continues on a downward spiral. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They think they have aright to deny you the medications and dosages ordered for your by your physician!!!!Review from K. B

I have had a prescription on file for a year and express scripts has delayed my getting meds by requiring more PreAuth. *******, creating delays in order to use as excuses for reducing my meds n increasing the prices tenfold! I have been wxout my meds for almost 9 months! They are Horrible and I feel committing illegal acts in order to scam more money out of sick patients and offering them less medication than their doctors need their patients to have! Its unconscionable!! Someone needs to STOP Express Scripts and Cigna from abusing the system!Review from Ann I

I have no idea when I will receive a REFILL for my SKYRIZI despite following all expectations for refilling a prescriptions. It is incredibly frustrating to know with each day, I am missing a prescribed dose of a medication I NEED! Today I waited for one hour and still was on hold when I had to move on to an appointment. NEVER USE ACCREDO! They are irresponsible dispensers of vital medication.Review from Hannah S

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I spend 2-3 hours EVERY month on the phone to get my husbands 1 prescription refilled or trying to figure out why/how they did not apply the insurance coverage or copay card. Avoid if at all possible.Review from Sabrina S

Worst, most unreliable pharmacy! I hate that my insurance company forces me to use them. They have lost my amount multiple times, putting me in danger of not having medication for my Crohns. Theyve just done it again, and the only reason i found out there was an issue was because I cashed them to ask why they hadnt asked if i was ready for a refill. Of course, no one could solve my problem today, so well see how long it takes them to fix this and get me my medication.Review from Kim L

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I didn't get to choose Accredo, my insurance company did as my specialty pharmacy for medication for PsA.If your dr has to write a new script, which mine did twice for 10 refills, it knocks your account out of their system. Even though I've been getting the medicine automatically, it's counted as a new Rx. I've been on the phone with them for hours at a time, with assurances they will call to schedule. They never call. There's always a problem that gets it hung up in their system, and no one calls to tell you. Then when you call them to find out what's going on, it starts the clock over. I would have run out of medication multiple times, but for the kindness of my drs office to give me free samples b/c she knows how important it is not to skip a dose or stop taking. BEWARE! Stay on top of them. Call often. Don't believe them when they say they will call. Take notes. Enlist the help of your insurance company to intervene on your behalf. Accredo should not be in charge of something as important as medication.Review from MARY S

This place needs to have its entire staff FIRED! Lazy, good for nothing liars that are purposely withholding my life-saving medication. I curse all employees of Express Scripts to get multiple horrible diseases and have their medication dangling just out of reach until they go insane. Praise *****!!!Review from Kathy A

LIARS!! This company is the worst. My son has ADHD and has been prescribed generic Adderall and has been taking it for almost a year now. It has consistently been around $20 for a one month supply but when I went to pick up his meds this month, for some reason they are trying to charge me$95 for a one month supply. I called them and they told me I have a $1200 deductible to meet then it will be covered. She told me I've already met like $3200 of it so it's not like it reset so how can that be the issue? Also, what prescription insurance even has a deductible??? We've had to switch ******** meds about 4 times because of how expensive the other ones were and we finally found that the generic Adderall is covered and it works well for him. The rep I spoke with told me I should go check with the doctor to see if we can find a cheaper alternative but that requires me to take ****** back, pay for an office visit, try to get a script for him that *** or *** not work well and even then it probably won't change the price so she says.....then she put me on hold again, came back and said the price of the medication went up and that's just how much it is. So she flipped from saying it was a deductible issue to the price went up....which is a lie. I priced brand name Adderall in the same form, same mg and even the Express Script app itself priced a 3 month supply at $59. This company lies and is price gouging. At this rate, I might as well not even have prescription insurance.
