I've been a **** customer since 2008. They put in a new system for me back then. Our heat went out on a Sunday. I called **** and they sent someone out that same day to check it out. The *** motor had gone out. That was going to be pretty expensive to replace on a 16 year old furnace. I talked to Munib about it and decided to replace the furnace. ***** and ** did a nice job on the install and I'm happy and I once again have heat.Review from Andrea R

Had TJ, ************ out today to move my air conditioner to a bracket on the side of the foundation. Helped get it out of the way so the ** noise will be limited to the side of the house and not my backyard.Extremely professional and courteous experience. My tenant called yesterday at 5 pm, AC is not working. Temperature outside was 98 degrees.Called **** HVAC and within 1/2 hour they sent someone to the property. ****** was very professional, diagnosed, fixed and everything else was taken care of in less than one hour. WOW My tennat was so happy. I was happy also. So i can only recommend this company to anybody.Professional, reliable, reasonable pricing and really responsive to calls. I called owner two times in 10 minutes and it was after work and both times he picked up phone right away. Thank you ****.Review from John B

Outstanding customer service. Doc diagnosed our problem and gave us options. Was honest and fair, not trying to push us into a decision. The technicians showed up on time, worked hard and were polite. The ** solution works perfectly. Would highly recommend **** for any HV** needs.Review from Ryan B

I recently I called **** to add a full HVAC system for the 2nd floor of our 1920's 2 story home. The 2nd floor was consistently way warmer than the 1st in the summer. They came and assed the existing equipment and ended up recommending that we update our existing system to a zoned system. This added dampers to each duct run in the basement and gave ** the ability to call for heating/cooling independently on each floor.This solution worked great for **. It was a way less expensive than what I was asking for and way less intrusive/messy of a project than running new ducts, drain, gas and power lines up into the attic. A friend recommended this company to me when she found out I needed a new heating/ac system. When i called, the owner came to my home the same day and said he could have it installed in 2 days. He also added an air purifier that kills viruses and mold and still saved me $1000 over another company. The workers were very nice and professional. Definitely recommended.Review from Peggy H

We have been living with window air conditioners for too long. We liked the idea of Mini Splits which would only require minimal construction inside the house since we dont have any ductwork. We wanted them mainly for the *** but found the heat pumps provid zoned heat on milder days instead of using our boiler. **** installed 7 mini-splits in our 4 bedroom home. They were professional, with excellent communication and follow up. they were also priced well below another bid we got. The city inspector said that they always do things right. We are adding a more traditional system with heat pumps to our rehab project and plan to use **** for the installation.
